Last night I spent about three hours posting photos and trying to figure out how to do it more quickly with this dial-up connection I'm dealing with. I guess it's just going to be a longer project than I imagined... for a while yesterday and now again today the photos do not show up. What's the deal with that, I wonder????

I noticed that I missed a bunch of nice shots along the North shore of lake Michigan! I'll put them up next.

I've added a guest book, not that I'm wild about them but getting the code and putting it into the blog template was a nice little challenge that forced me to look a little deeper at the html code involved.

July 4th weekend starting tomorrow, three days off work. That also means only 4 days next week........ I could use a week per month of vacation time. Or maybe two weeks. How about one week of work per month?
